FJORD BAREFOOT+ combines a wide barefoot toe box, higher cushioning sole and REGI-TEX® membrane, offering more natural foot movement and greater comfort for work, hiking and everyday outdoor activities.
FJORD BAREFOOT+ O6 is designed for everyone who wants to maintain the freedom typical of barefoot footwear whilst appreciating more cushioning and protection when walking. The wide barefoot toe box provides toes with plenty of space and allows the foot to work more naturally. Thanks to the minimal drop, the foot position remains closer to its natural state.
Greater walking comfort is provided by the higher PLUSOR sole, which was developed specifically for the BAREFOOT+ range. It has a wider base that supports stability whilst helping to cushion stones, roots and other terrain irregularities. You don't have to feel everything beneath your foot with every step.
The PLUSOR sole made from a combination of EVA and rubber is tested for slip resistance, contributing to a more confident step on various surfaces. You can therefore use the shoes for regular outdoor movement, at work, on walks and during more active leisure time.
The upper consists of breathable MESH textile complemented by TPU elements, which combines low weight, ventilation and durability. The mesh material supports air circulation, whilst the TPU elements help protect stressed areas and give the shoes a modern technical appearance.
Inside the footwear is a REGI-TEX® membrane, which helps protect feet from moisture and adverse weather. Thanks to this, you can rely on the shoes even in changeable outdoor conditions.
All-day wearing comfort is complemented by the ABSORBA FLATBED insole, which supports pleasant contact between the foot and the footwear. In combination with the lightweight construction, the shoes serve well during extended wear at work, outdoor movement and leisure time.
BAREFOOT+ retains the main advantage of barefoot footwear - a wide toe box with plenty of space for toes and a more natural foot position. However, compared to classic very thin barefoot soles, it offers a higher sole with greater cushioning and protection, making it more comfortable on harder and uneven surfaces.
It is therefore particularly suitable for those who have wider feet, want plenty of space for their toes and at the same time don't want to feel pebbles, roots or other terrain irregularities with every step.
