DuPont Tyvek 600 Plus disposable coverall is a lightweight protective coverall with hood designed for work in environments where there is a risk of contact with liquid aerosols, hazardous solid particles, dust or biological hazards. It combines a high level of full-body protection with a comfortable cut that allows you greater freedom of movement even during extended wear.

The coverall meets requirements for Type 4, 5 and 6 protective clothing. It is suitable, for example, for working with low-concentration chemical substances, asbestos removal, handling agrochemicals, painting or activities in dusty environments. It also finds use in clean operations and when working with pharmaceuticals or food, where it helps protect the production process from contamination caused by workers.

The coverall is made from Tyvek^® non-woven material, which consists of very fine and strong fibres. The material effectively captures fine particles, dust and fibres whilst repelling a range of low-concentration water-dilutable inorganic liquids. Its smooth surface limits the adhesion of solid contaminants to the garment.

The external sewn seams are additionally covered with protective tape, which helps limit the penetration of liquids and hazardous particles at material joints. Thanks to its high resistance to tearing and abrasion, the coverall maintains its integrity even in more demanding working conditions.

The ergonomically designed cut better conforms to the body and provides sufficient space for natural movement. The newly shaped hood better follows facial contours and helps reduce the formation of leaks when turning or bending the head forward.

Elastic sleeve, leg and waist endings help keep the coverall in the correct position. The sleeves roll up less during work and the garment fits better to the body. The front zip is protected by a flap and fitted with a larger pull tab that is easy to grasp even when wearing work gloves.

Although the coverall provides a high level of protection, it remains lightweight, soft and flexible. The material allows air and water vapour to pass through, thus enabling the dissipation of some heat and moisture from the body. It therefore offers a balanced ratio between protection and comfort during work.
