The TYVEK 500 XPERT disposable protective coverall is a lightweight antistatic coverall with hood designed for work in environments where the body and clothing need to be protected against hazardous solid particles, dust and limited liquid chemical spray. It provides Type 5 and 6 protection and, thanks to the Tyvek^® material, combines a reliable barrier with low weight and working comfort.

The protective coverall is made from Tyvek^® material, which creates an effective barrier against fine solid particles and limited liquid spray. The material is also very lightweight, so the coverall does not unnecessarily burden movement and is more comfortable even during prolonged wear. The surface of the coverall is antistatically treated, which extends its possible use in working environments where it is necessary to limit the generation of electrostatic charge.

The coverall has an ergonomically designed cut that better adapts to the body shape and allows more natural movement during work. The sleeve construction helps to limit their riding up when raising and stretching the arms, so the protective clothing stays better in place even during more demanding activities.

The practical three-piece elastic hood follows the shape of the head and face and helps to ensure better fit. Elastic cuffs on the sleeves, elastic waist and elastic leg endings help to keep the coverall in the correct position and at the same time limit the free space between the protective clothing and the body.

The front is equipped with a Tyvek^® zip with protective flap, which makes dressing and undressing easier and at the same time helps to protect the fastening area against penetration of contaminants. External stitched seams increase the strength of the construction and help to maintain the integrity of the suit under normal working load.

You can use the coverall, for example, when working in dusty environments, handling chemicals or during activities where there is a risk of contact with asbestos dust and other hazardous particles. It is suitable wherever you need full-body protection but at the same time want to maintain sufficient freedom of movement.
