The upper is made of breathable mesh, which allows the feet to breathe freely whilst wicking moisture away from the skin. The fully closed toe is important for outdoor activities, as it protects the foot from injury and prevents dirt from entering the shoe. The instep width can be easily adjusted using a single-point elastic drawstring so that the sandals always fit securely on the foot whilst being easy to slip on and off. The sandals can also be tightened at the back of the heel. The weight of one shoe in size 42 is 242 grams.
